The O'Connor Group has been hired as a Consultant to support our client with their growing organization.  We are seeking a 100% remote Operations Manager to support the social media marketing efforts and support the CEO directly.

This individual will serve as an executive assistant/operations and marketing implementation support to ensure continuous progress and momentum for members of the Six Figure Impact® Academy as they move through our coaching business training programs.

This unique and dynamic full-time role is ideal for an individual who is detail oriented, loves to learn, and has strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

 Virtual Assistant

• Manage, coordinate and maintain the calendar of the CEO including appointments, meetings and travel. Knows and understands all key dates, commitments and complexities of the CEO’s calendar and manages in accordance with working with key members of the team

• Monitor and respond to incoming communications including phone calls, emails and ensuring correct distribution

• Maintain and operate communication between company and client • Book webinars with targeted professional groups

• Sending, editing and scheduling emails

• Track initiatives from start to finish and follow up to ensure completion

• Be fully present and active during launches and events which includes, but is not limited to:

• Traveling to event site for live events

• Coordinating vendors, details, and technology platforms for successful execution

• Scheduling, setting up, and attending live streams (online events)

• Detailed tracking and communication with participants in workshops to ensure a positive experience • Submit daily report metrics to the CEO


• Monthly quality assurance outreach to ensure world class service and receive feedback

• Membership and website maintenance

• Facilitate new client process to ensure successful onboarding

• Leverage currently documented systems and procedures and update on a monthly basis

• Billing (follow up on missed payments, maintenance)


 • Serve as a concierge for client success in programs

• Social Media posting and community management in client and community Facebook groups (includes design of images to fit each platform, based on brand guidelines)

• Generate client testimonials and success stories

 • Weekly outreach to influencers, networks and podcasters to be a guest on their show

• Direct Messages sent on social media platforms to share resources, connect, invite individuals to join our community


• Must reside in the United States

• Be willing to go above and beyond and invest extra time as needed

• Be willing to work typical working hours during non-promotional periods (9am EST to 5pm EST) and weekend/evening hours during week long promotions every 8 weeks

• Have the desire to learn (or current knowledge of) these platforms: Ontraport, Zoom, Zapier,, Google Drive, Leadpages, Cognito Forms, Canva, Vimeo, and others

• Have previous virtual administrative or online business management experience

• Must be willing to comply with background check and clearances
