Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the HR Team in the execution of the global HR agenda across the Company including training and development, employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, global benefits, policies and procedures and the delivery of HR transactional services. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
·       Provide direct administrative support to the HR team in all HR-related matters.
·       Support the recruitment and selection process including preparing job adverts, new start documentation, references, benefits, equality monitoring, etc.
·       Collate information for the statutory annual Fair Employment Monitoring return for the Equality Commission for NI.
·       Ensure all benefits information is correct each month for payroll purposes including checking invoices and updating the master spreadsheet with relevant information.
·       Circulate documentation and gather outcomes for probationary reviews, following up with appropriate paperwork.
·       Support with adding new starts to relevant HR systems and keep updated on a regular basis to include organizational movers and leavers.
·       Support the onboarding process including scheduling sessions with all attendees and presenters and when in the office, ensure refreshments, equipment/starter packs, and presenters are all set up.
·       Support the maintenance and operation of the company’s online training platform (Percipio).
Maintain personnel files and all confidential employee information ensuring information is always up to date and is compliant with relevant legislation e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc

General Education and Experience:
1. Degree in Human Resource Management or Business related degree.
2. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
3. Possess a strong work ethic.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
5. Ability to show initiative.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and written.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Computer and Software Knowledge and Skills – Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
