Our products are used in over 1,000 schools across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, and we’re committed to ensuring that teachers and students can access quality teaching and learning resources and support as they head into a new school year.
We’re looking for some wonderful new team members to join our Client Support Team in providing assistance to students and teachers across Australia during our busiest time of year.
What the role involves:
As a Client Support Representative, you’ll be responsible for delivering high quality client and technical support to teachers and students in their use of our products. This involves using our systems to receive requests for help via email and phone, and diagnosing and resolving user requests and queries.
We have lots of experience in providing a fun, supportive, and comprehensive onboarding experience from afar, and we will be running both our hiring and onboarding processes remotely. We have a great team, and access to the support and assistance of your colleagues is only a video call away!
What we’re looking for:
We’d also particularly love to hear from anyone with Excel/Google Sheets experience, and experience in invoicing or fulfilment.
