Mono is a challenger bank for SMBs in Latin America who is in the current YCW22 batch. Being innovative characterizes us, that's why we are building our banking platform on Elixir, Phoenix and LiveView (PETAL Stack). Our leadership team (second timeYC Founder, ex-Nubank) loves working head to head with our teams in order to truly co-create amazing outcomes. We are set in creating relevant impact in LatAm, not only by changing the way SMBs operate, but also, by committing to develop talent.

In Mono we are people oriented, our teams work in a truly tech & product driven culture, where it represents +65% of the whole Mono team, discovering and delivering, while learning exponentially.

We’re looking for developers with experience in the PETAL Stack (Phoenix+Elixir+Tailwind+AlpineJS+Liveview) (at least in 2 of the latter)

Due to our fast paced growth, we need to double our team from 6 to 12 developers in the next couple of months and are open to developers working remotely from anywhere in the world.
